Bill Lumpp paid attention to what we were specifically looking for, and showed us only what met our criteria, which was a huge timesaver for us. Since we came from out of the area, he took the time to give us a good feel for Rocky Mount, and what the community has to offer. We found our dream house, and Bill did an outstanding job with negotiating the contract and following up on the requirements for the purchase and closing. I highly recommend Bill, not only for locals, but also for anyone wanting to move to the areaHe was very nice, resourceful, and stayed in touch with me with anything I needed.
