Bill went out of his way to help take care of things with the property while I was out of the area. He has a lot of contacts to make the minor improvements to the property quickly and at a fair price. I also believe his contacts with other agents helped get a contract on my house within 2 days after it was listed. His ability to negotiate buyers requests to be more reasonable to me (as the seller) was invaluable with the initial contract offer and after the buyers home inspection requests.
